Billie Jo Nutter, Chief Executive Officer

Billie Jo Nutter is the chief executive officer at Chordline Health. She is a trained physical therapist and speech pathologist. She has been a CEO of several service companies in the rehabilitation and acute care sector. She’s passionate about healthcare technology that makes clinicians’ workflows more efficient and allows them to spend more time providing hands-on care. As CEO of Chordline Health, her focus is managed care—addressing diverse needs of patients by identifying health risks, coordinating personal care, and effectively allocating resources.

Matthew Fahner, CCSA, Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Fahner is the Chief Operating Officer at Chordline Health. Matt leverages his 15 years of experience in information systems to ensure that all Chordline products align not only with clients’ clinical needs but also with their technology needs, including clinical/technical communication barriers, data security, and data integration. With a background including system administration, software development, and implementation, Matt understands the inherent challenges related to healthcare software. He oversees the design, development, and support of all Chordline products.

Viki Field, MSN, RN, Clinical Program Manager

Viki is an accomplished registered nurse leader with over 20 years of management and 15 years of managed care experience specializing in utilization management and multidisciplinary case management. At Chordline, Viki brings managed care domain expertise to the team through her experience in the Medicare and Medicaid space as well as NCQA certification and URAC accreditation standards.

Neena Patel, MHA, CSM, Vice President of Client Success

Neena added a wealth of domain knowledge when she joined the Chordline team in 2017. Neena oversees the areas of account management, the PMO office, and technical support. Neena has deep knowledge of managed care operations, regulatory requirements, and project management. She received her master’s in health administration from the University of North Texas Health Science Center with Honors.
