Smartlinx, a provider of workforce management tools for senior care, has acquired StafferLink, a company known for its software supporting contingent staffing in healthcare. StafferLink’s cloud-based solutions, including its Vendor Management System and Agency Staffing Management software, are used by over 2,000 staffing agencies to fill more than 2 million shifts and manage $1 billion in annual labor spend. The acquisition strengthens Smartlinx’s ability to deliver integrated tools that help healthcare facilities manage both permanent and temporary staff across scheduling, payroll, and compliance functions.
