Leading healthcare technology company RXNT, with headquarters in Maryland, has announced the purchase of Scalabull, a national interface network that makes it easier to link clinical labs and radiology facilities to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. This strategic acquisition will allow RXNT to streamline its services, further enhancing its integrated healthcare management tools. CEO and President of RXNT, Randy Boldyga, emphasized that the acquisition would provide seamless transitions for current Scalabull users and boost the ability of practices to quickly connect with labs and radiology providers across the U.S., shortening implementation times from months to mere weeks.
Founded in 2013, Scalabull currently processes over one million patient lab testing transactions annually and has built a network of more than 3,000 diagnostic facilities across all 50 states. Scalabull’s Founder, Zach Boldyga, will continue supporting RXNT through the integration, which will expand RXNT’s suite of customizable medical office management solutions. Since 1999, RXNT has provided a wide range of healthcare tools, including EHRs, e-prescribing, billing, scheduling, and telehealth, and has transmitted over 100 million prescriptions and processed $5.5 billion in claims. The acquisition of Scalabull strengthens RXNT’s position as a key player in healthcare technology, offering enhanced diagnostic connectivity and integration solutions.
