Finnish health technology firm ŌURA has declared that, as part of its goal to include metabolic health into its product line, it has acquired Veri, a customized metabolic health startup. Oura was established more than ten years ago with the goal of enabling people to lead healthier lifestyles by using sophisticated algorithms and tailored data. Veri's CGM-enabled software will be included into the Oura ecosystem, giving consumers a greater understanding of how their food choices affect their health. Given that just 12% of Americans are thought to be metabolically healthy, the partnership is well-positioned to inform consumers about important health indicators and enhance wellbeing in general.
Veri is renowned for its approach to metabolic health, providing users with a tailored software that helps them choose diets and lifestyle choices that complement their own physiological requirements. Building on their prior work, the alliance aims to assist users track the effects of daily biometrics on glucose levels by integrating Oura data into the Veri app. By working together, Oura and Veri want to develop a comprehensive health companion that gives patients and their doctors useful information to encourage better lifestyle choices and enhance metabolic health outcomes.
