NeuroFlow Acquires Quartet Health to Expand Behavioral Health Solutions

NeuroFlow has announced the acquisition of Quartet Health, a company specializing in value-based behavioral healthcare enablement. The deal will enhance NeuroFlow’s ability to integrate behavioral health into physical health workflows. This acquisition follows NeuroFlow’s 2024 purchase of Owl Health, which added advanced measurement-based care capabilities, and its recent partnership with Intermountain Health to incorporate predictive analytics for behavioral health risk management. NeuroFlow will continue supporting Quartet’s existing customers, including Independence Blue Cross, a Philadelphia-based health insurer.

With this acquisition, NeuroFlow gains access to Quartet’s extensive behavioral health provider network and referral management capabilities, strengthening its services for payers, health systems, and the federal government. Leaders from both companies emphasized their shared commitment to improving mental health care accessibility and affordability. Quartet CEO Christina Mainelli highlighted the alignment in mission between the two organizations, while NeuroFlow CEO Chris Molaro expressed enthusiasm for integrating Quartet’s resources to enhance patient outcomes. Independence Blue Cross Executive Vice President Richard Snyder also welcomed the collaboration, recognizing its potential to improve care for providers and members. NeuroFlow looks forward to working with the Quartet team to advance behavioral health solutions.
