Medtronic revealed at the 39th Annual Meeting of the North American Spine Society noteworthy developments in its Cranial and Spinal Technologies Business. These developments focus on the AiBLE ecosystem, which integrates advanced technologies such as AI-driven imaging, robotics, and navigation tools to enhance spine and cranial procedures. Among the new offerings are the O-arm 4.3 software, the UNiD Adaptive Spine Intelligence platform, and the Mazor robotic guidance system. Medtronic also unveiled the ModuLeX Spinal System, which improves surgical visualization and flexibility. These innovations are expected to boost precision and predictability in spinal surgeries while improving patient outcomes.
Medtronic’s global partnership with Siemens Healthineers will further enhance the AiBLE ecosystem by integrating Siemens’ Multitom Rax imaging system, providing spine surgeons with more accurate pre-and post-operative imaging capabilities.
