Simple, a leading health and wellness platform, has unveiled compelling findings from a study involving over 23,000 users, showcasing the impact of its in-app AI health coach, Avo, on weight loss. The study revealed that frequent interaction with Avo significantly enhances weight loss outcomes, with users experiencing an average reduction of up to 6.1% in body weight when engaging consistently for 30 days or more. By analyzing user data over a year, researchers found that every additional 10 days of communication with Avo boosted weight loss by 0.17% while combining app features like tracking food, exercise, and water intake amplified results by 0.56%.
Avo provides users with practical, personalized advice, including dietary tips, effective weight loss strategies, and motivational support. The study underscores the potential of AI in fostering consistent habits and maintaining user engagement.
