Carrot, a family care platform serving employers and health plans, has announced the launch of Sprints, a new program aimed at tackling fertility challenges linked to metabolic dysfunction. The program will address issues such as obesity, blood sugar imbalances, and sperm damage, factors that often reduce natural conception and IVF success rates. Carrot’s platform already supports members through a wide range of fertility and family-building solutions. Through Sprints, it offers structured pre-conception support during the “Premester” phase, which spans 3 to 12 months before pregnancy. The program features daily coaching, smart-scale integration, partner involvement, and access to fertility-related medications. “Sprints is about addressing root causes of fertility challenges, like metabolic issues, either alongside or instead of surgical interventions – creating wins for members, customers, and providers alike,” said Dr. Asima Ahmad, Carrot’s Chief Medical Officer.
Launching in November 2025, for existing clients and expanding broadly in January 2026, Sprints enhances Carrot’s current offerings with hyper-personalized app experiences and expert-guided plans. It integrates with existing care journeys and aims to reduce IVF cycles, resulting in fewer physical and emotional burdens and cost savings for plan sponsors. “With Sprints, we're committed to leading innovation and delivering even more financial ROI through hyper-personalized, optimized care that puts members first,” said Tammy Sun, Carrot’s Founder and CEO.
