Noom Introduces Hormone Replacement Therapy for Menopause Care

Noom, the platform for digital healthcare, has announced its expansion into Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to support women experiencing menopause-related health challenges. This new service aims to address gaps in menopause care, as only 30 percent of women seeking treatment receive adequate support. Noom has already guided over 8 million women aged 40 to 60 through its behavior-based weight management program, many of whom have reported difficulties in their health and weight loss due to menopause symptoms. The new initiative integrates FDA-approved and compounded hormone treatments with Noom’s behavior-change approach, providing personalized health content, AI-driven food tracking, resistance-training workouts, and access to expert support.

With this expansion, Noom continues to integrate medical treatments with its lifestyle programs. Noom + HRTRx offers women affordable and accessible hormone therapy options, starting at $69 per month, alongside digital health tools and expert coaching. CEO Geoff Cook emphasized the importance of addressing the menopause care gap, noting that outdated research led many women to abandon HRT. By combining medication with healthy habits, Noom aims to improve long-term metabolic and hormonal health. This expansion builds on Noom’s previous success in medically-assisted weight loss and diabetes care, positioning the company as a key player in digital healthcare solutions.
