Montefiore Health System and Amazon One Medical have announced a partnership aimed at expanding access to primary and specialty care in New York's Westchester County and surrounding areas. Amazon One Medical, a hybrid virtual and in-person primary care provider, will open its first primary care offices in Westchester County in 2026, in affiliation with Montefiore. The new facilities will offer same-day and next-day appointment availability, onsite lab services, and virtual care options for members. This collaboration will enable patients to access seamless, coordinated care through Amazon One Medical’s innovative model combined with Montefiore’s extensive network of specialists, hospitals, and facilities.
The partnership between the two organizations will enhance the patient experience with thoughtfully designed offices and convenient appointment scheduling. Amazon One Medical members will have access to 24/7 virtual care services through the mobile app, along with features including video visits, secure messaging, and digital assessments. Additionally, Montefiore’s reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare will provide patients with access to world-class clinicians. Together, the two organizations will work to identify strategic locations for future facilities to meet the healthcare needs of local residents.
