Symplr, an enterprise healthcare operations software provider, has announced the appointments of Steve Filler as Chief Operating Officer and Matt Grill as Chief Delivery Officer. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare technology sector, Filler will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure product and engineering alignment to maximize value for healthcare providers and patients. He joins Symplr from Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Managing Director & Partner in Digital Health. Filler has also held senior leadership positions at Practice Fusion, Accenture, and JPS Health Network.
Grill, a seasoned executive with expertise in operations management and customer delivery, will manage Symplr’s product, services, and solution delivery to customers in his new role as CDO. Grill brings significant experience from UKG, where he spent eight years enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. He has also held leadership roles at Experian Data Quality and Taxware. BJ Schaknowski, CEO of Symplr, expressed confidence in Filler and Grill’s ability to support the company’s continued growth, focusing on improving hospital operations and enhancing healthcare outcomes through innovative solutions.
