CodaMetrix has appointed Robin Lloyd as its new Chief Operating Officer, a move aimed at supporting the company's growth and operational expansion. Lloyd, who brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare technology, will focus on scaling the company's AI-powered solutions to improve revenue cycle management (RCM) and enhance patient outcomes. His role will also involve expanding the platform's capabilities, which aim to make clinical data more accessible and valuable to healthcare systems.
Before joining CodaMetrix, Lloyd held leadership positions at Health Fidelity (now Edifecs), Nuance, and most recently Spring Health, where he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer. His experience in risk adjustment and AI-powered clinical documentation aligns with CodaMetrix’s focus on using AI to enhance revenue cycle processes. Lloyd sees significant potential in the company’s autonomous coding solutions, believing that they are a logical first step in leveraging AI to bring more value to healthcare organizations. As CodaMetrix looks to expand its product offerings, Lloyd’s experience will help guide the company through its next phase of development.
