With this acquisition, mPulse expands its reach, partnering with over 400 healthcare organizations, including 29 of the 30 largest health plans in the United States. The integration of mPulse’s HXI technology, which encompasses health portals, omnichannel consumer engagement, and predictive analytics, with Zipari’s consumer experience platform will enable healthcare organizations to streamline operations and improve member outcomes.
Zipari is renowned for its innovative consumer experience technology tailored specifically for the healthcare insurance sector, serving over 30 million members. Its platform enhances digital engagement and provides real-time insights, facilitating operational efficiencies and better health outcomes.
