The revenue cycle management (RCM) division of Xtend Healthcare was successfully acquired by CorroHealth, a prominent provider of healthcare technology and RCM solutions, from Navient. By enabling multichannel communications that were previously not possible inside its service suite, this calculated step improves CorroHealth's current offerings and greatly increases its capacity for patient interaction. As a result of the purchase, CorroHealth is now positioned as a major player in the revenue cycle management consulting industry and offers some of the most complete clinical and financial solutions available.
More than 925 Xtend Healthcare workers joined CorroHealth as part of the transaction, bringing experience and insight to the already strong team. CEO of CorroHealth Pat Leonard stressed that this move will improve customers' financial stability, freeing them up to focus on providing high-quality treatment. The acquisition has excited Mike Morris, President of Xtend Healthcare, who highlighted the increased capabilities and automation tools that the merged company can now provide. CorroHealth, which employs more than 11,000 people and has ten global sites, is ideally positioned to provide creative solutions that boost the bottom line of medical practices, hospitals, and health plans.
