In an effort to improve patient care delivery and clinician efficiency, Oracle Health is continually adding innovative capabilities to its electronic health record (EHR) systems. Oracle has made large investments in engineering and development to enhance the usability, performance, and security of its EHR products since purchasing Cerner. Simplified chart reviews, sophisticated documentation tools, and improved mobile capabilities are just a few of the latest upgrades that aim to increase practitioners' productivity by giving them instant access to vital patient data. Oracle Health has also promised to bring out these advances on a quarterly basis, so that healthcare businesses may keep improving their operating procedures.
Through its Seamless Exchange effort, Oracle Health places a strong emphasis on interoperability. This program enables practitioners to securely access and integrate data from many health organizations, resulting in a full view of patient health. This program encourages the creation of a single, longitudinal patient record while drastically reducing unnecessary data. Additionally, the recently released Oracle Clinical Digital Assistant uses generative AI to automate documentation duties in an effort to reduce physician fatigue.
